How to Crop a Meesho Shipping Label to 4x6 (Free, No Login)

Updated

The label PDF you download from your Meesho supplier panel contains the shipping label and a tax invoice on the same page. Printed as it is, the label comes out small and wastes paper. Here is how to get a clean label per order in a few minutes.

What you need

The label PDF downloaded from your Meesho supplier panel, and a browser. There is nothing to install and no account to create. The file is processed on your own computer and is not uploaded anywhere, which matters because the PDF contains customer names and addresses.

Steps

  1. Open the Meesho Label Crop tool and drop your label PDF onto the page.
  2. Choose how to sort the labels: by product (SKU) or by courier. Sorting by SKU means you pick and pack one product at a time; sorting by courier helps when you hand parcels to each courier in a batch.
  3. Decide whether to remove the invoice. Removing it keeps only the label on each page, which is what you want for a thermal printer.
  4. Download the sorted PDF, or print a single SKU or courier group directly.

Printing on a 4x6 thermal printer

Most thermal label printers use 4x6 inch rolls. Set the paper size in your printer dialog to 4x6 and the scale to 100 percent, so the label is not shrunk to fit. If your printer driver adds margins, choose "actual size" rather than "fit to page".

Printing on normal A4 paper

If you do not have a thermal printer, put several labels on one A4 sheet with the Multi Label Maker: choose 4, 6 or 9 per page, print, and cut. This saves paper and ink when you have many orders.

Common problems

If nothing is detected, check that you uploaded the original label PDF from the supplier panel and not a screenshot or a re-saved copy. Very large batches can take a little longer on an older phone, so use a computer for hundreds of labels.
