Sign PDF

Draw it, place it, download it.

🔒 Everything above runs on your device — your file is never uploaded anywhere.

Sign PDF lets you draw your signature with a mouse, finger or stylus, click the spot on the page where it belongs, and download the signed PDF. It runs entirely in your browser, so the document you are signing is never uploaded.

Printing a document just to sign it and scan it back wastes time. Here you draw your signature on a pad, press Use this signature, and it is trimmed to just the ink so it places cleanly. Pick the page, click where it should go, and resize it with the slider until it fits the signature line.

The preview shows exactly where the signature will land, and the placement matches the saved file. When you are happy, Sign and Download writes the signature into the PDF as an image on the page you chose.

It works well on touch screens: draw with a finger or stylus on a phone or tablet for a more natural signature than a mouse gives.

Please note what this is. It adds an image of your handwritten signature, the same as signing on paper and scanning. It is not a cryptographic digital signature and does not create a certified audit trail. For most day-to-day paperwork that is what is asked for, but for documents that specifically require a certified digital signature, use a qualified e-signature service.

How it works

  1. 1Upload your PDF and draw your signature.
  2. 2Choose the page and click where the signature goes.
  3. 3Adjust the size, then sign and download.
