1. The service

The site provides free online tools for working with PDF, Word, image and marketplace shipping-label files. The tools run in your browser. We may add, change or remove tools, or stop the service, at any time without notice.

2. Your files and your responsibility

You keep all rights to your files. Files are processed on your device and are not uploaded to us. You are responsible for the files you process and for keeping the originals: always keep a copy of your original file, because conversion and compression can change or reduce quality, and some tools (for example compression) turn text into images.

You confirm that you have the right to process any file you use with the site and that you will not use it for anything unlawful.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the site to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at abusive volume, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure.
• Do not use the redaction, signature or editing tools to alter documents you have no right to change, or to misrepresent a document as genuine.

4. No warranty

The site and its tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Conversion results depend on the input file and may be imperfect: for example, PDF to Word rebuilds text but not tables or images, and Word to PDF simplifies complex layouts. The tools are not a substitute for professional software where exact results are required.

5. Marketplace, tax and legal tools

Tools for Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other marketplaces, GST and invoice calculators, and signature tools are provided for convenience only. They do not constitute tax, accounting or legal advice, and a signature added with the site is an image of a handwritten signature, not a certified digital signature. Check the result before you print, file or submit it. Marketplaces may change their label formats at any time, which can affect how a tool reads a file.

6. Independence

The site is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Microsoft, Adobe, Apple, Google or any other company whose name is used to describe compatibility. All trademarks belong to their owners.

7. Advertising and third-party services

8. Intellectual property

The design, text, code and branding of the site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or republished without permission, except as allowed by law. Open-source components remain under their own licences.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue or business, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its tools, even if we were told such loss was possible. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
