Reporting a bug? Tell us the tool name, your browser and device, and what happened. Please do not attach files that contain private information; a description or a sample with sensitive data removed is enough.
A label tool not reading your file? Marketplaces sometimes change their layout. Send a sample label PDF with customer names and addresses removed and we will look at it.
Suggesting a tool or a language? Tell us what you are trying to do and which country or marketplace it is for.
Privacy or legal request? Mention “Privacy” in the subject line.
